The Chillicothe Police Department report four arrests and several investigations on Sunday and Monday.
Sunday:
At about 2:35 am, Officers assisted the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department with an arrest at Highway 190 and Liv 237. A woman was transported by Officers to the Police Department.
At 9:40 am, Officer were called to the 1000 block of Graves Street for a report of stealing. A man and woman were taken into custody for stealing. Both were fully processed and transported to the Daviess DeKalb Jail.
11:00 pm, Officers responded to the 100 block of Jackson Street for a domestic assault. They arrested a man for domestic assault. He was held at the Daviess DeKalb Jail.
Monday:
2:45 am, Officers responded to the 500 block of Jackson Street for a person receiving threats. The offices determined the person had become part of an elaborate scam. He was advised of his options.
7:20 am, Officers responded to the 500 block of Webster for an excessive barking complaint. Offices made contact with the owner of the animal and advised to the owner to attempt to control the dog.
10:29 pm, Officers responded to the 800 block of Business 36 for suspicious activity. Officers made contact with several people who had been sitting in the parking lot for several hours. Offices advised them they would have to leave.
