This is National Rail Safety Week and the Missouri Highway Patrol reminds all motorists they need to look and listen when you come to any rail crossing. Sargent Jake Angle says in a car versus train accident the car has almost no chance.
Angle says never go around the crossing gate when they are down and if you become stall on the tracks, get out of your vehicle and call for assistance.
He says “When you see tracks – Think Train!”
