One arrest in the area counties was reported by the Missouri Highway Patrol Friday. At about 5:25 pm in Livingston county, Troopers arrested 29-year-old Ashylon M Brown of Chicago, IL for alleged possession of marijuana. Brown was processed, cited, and released.
