State Troopers report two arrests from the area counties on Monday.
21-year-old Jared M Johnson of Trenton was arrested in Harrison County at about 12:05 am Monday for alleged DWI, speeding, and failure to maintain the right half of the roadway. He was taken to the Harrison County Jail.
In Sullivan County, Troopers arrested 70-year-old Bobbie M Phipps of Kirksville at about 5:10 pm for alleged DWI. He was processed and released.
