The Chillicothe City council handled one personnel matter in the executive session this week.
Councilman Tom Ashbrook made the motion to promote Eric Menconi to full-time Aquatics Facility Director, with pay set at $19.24/hour beginning September 1, 2022. The promotion was approved on a 5/0 vote.
