The NRCS and University of Missouri Extension are offering the 2022 Grazing School at the Hunley Whaly Education Center in Albany, from June 21st to the 23rd. Jim Humphreys, Field Specialist in Livestock, says the single most important factor in determining the profitability of a livestock operation is keeping feed costs low.
Topics will include evaluating recourses available, grazing management, challenges and opportunities of a properly designed grazing system, diversity in the rotational system, and livestock nutrition.
