Zachary Douglas returns to court on Wednesday. 28-year-old Douglas of Utica, will face Judge Jason Kanoy in Caldwell County Court for preliminary hearings at 1:00 pm.
Douglas faces two sets of charges, the first for alleged 1 count of sexual Misconduct involving a Child Under 15, 4 counts of Furnishing Pornographic Material (or attempt) to a Minor, and 1 count of Sexual Misconduct. The second set includes alleged 4 counts of Sexual Abuse, 2 counts of Statutory Sodomy, 4 counts of Sexual Contact with a Student, 1 count of Sexual Misconduct, and 1 count of Furnishing Pornographic Material (or attempt) to a Minor.
While bond has been set for the first set of charges at $250,000 cash only, Douglas remains in custody as the second set of charges has no bond allowed.
