Forty-one-year-old Jennifer Anne Hall made her first court appearance in Livingston County Court Thursday. Hall is charged with alleged 1st Degree Murder in the death of Fern Franco in 2002. Hall’s appearance was via Webex from the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail. She entered a not guilty plea to the charges and remains in custody.
A bond hearing is scheduled for May 27th at 1:30 pm before Judge Michael Leamer.
