The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department report for the past 10 days includes several investigations and arrests.
Incident Reports:
Monday, deputies began an investigation of theft of diesel fuel and attempted break-in south of the Grand River along Highway 65. The person discovered a work vehicle had diesel fuel stolen from it and entry to a locked container of equipment was attempted. The investigation continues.
Most wanted:
Last Friday, authorities in Caldwell County: arrested 36-year-old Chamen Richard Bell on a Livingston County warrant for Alleged Violation of Bond Conditions on alleged Burglary and Harassment. Bond set at $20,000
Saturday, Jackson County authorities arrested 28-year-old Brent Anthony David Morris on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Domestic Assault with bond set at $10,000 cash.
26-year-old Drayton Lee Williams was arrested on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Violation of Bond Conditions for alleged Tampering with a Motor Vehicle. Bond set at $20,000.
Tuesday, authorities in St. Louis arrested 31-year-old Kalup Woodson of St. Louis on a Livingston County warrant for Alleged Violation of Bond Conditions on a charge of alleged Assault 3rd degree-Special Victim. Bond set at $20,000.
Tuesday, 42-year-old Sasha M. Campos was arrested in Bedford on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Probation Violation on a charge of alleged Failure to Appear in Court. Bond set at $20,000.
Wednesday:
26-year-old Larry Bryan Luke Steiner of Cameron was added to the Most Wanted list on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Probation Violation on Stealing-Motor Vehicle/Watercraft/Aircraft. Bond set at $20,000.
37-year-old Canda Beth Smith of Trenton is wanted on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Failure to Appear on a charge of Non-Support, Total Arrears in Excess of 12 Monthly Payments. Bond set at $5,000.
53-year-old Kimberly S. Brandes of Chillicothe is wanted on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Tampering with Motor Vehicle. Bond set at $10,000 cash.
30-year-old Stephanie M. Masterssmith of Carrollton is wanted on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Probation Violation on Stealing-$750 or MORE. Bond set at $20,000.
30-year-old De Von’ta William Bigby of Liberty is wanted on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Harassment. Bond set at $5,000.
43-year-old Christopher Lee Mason of Chillicothe is wanted on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Failure to Obey a Judge’s Order on a charge of alleged Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond is denied.
Wednesday, Deputies arrested 27-year-old Daquan O. Pierce of Chicago on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Probation Violation on Illegal Use of a Card Scanner and Excessive Speed 26 or more over the speed limit. Bond is denied.
Added May 26, 2022:
47-year-old Eunice L. Caselman of Hale is wanted on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Failure to Appear in Court on alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond set at $10,000.
Other Arrests:
Saturday about 6:15 a.m. LCSO was summoned to Highway 190 for a vehicle partially in the road with the driver slumped over the wheel. The deputies arrested 24-year-old Seth Wayne Riddle of Chillicothe for alleged DWI. He was processed and released on a summons.
Monday, deputies arrested 27-year-old Quentin Blake Bassett of Ludlow when he surrendered on a Chillicothe Municipal arrest warrant for alleged Failure to Appear. He posted bond and was released with a new court date.
Additional Information:
Monday, deputies extradited Drayton Lee Williams from the Jackson County Sheriff.
Wednesday, deputies 20-year-old extradited Mercedeze Norris from the State of Kansas.
Both are held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending the posting of bond.
