As the Livingston County Commission continues to gather information on the problems of eColi in area waterways, including the Thompson River, they recently met with representatives from the Green Hills Regional Planning Commission. Presiding Commissioner Ed Douglas says they are looking at ways to mitigate the problem.
Douglas says they will also be meeting with other counties to discuss the issue.
Douglas says they hope that having other counties involved, they can address the problem at more points along the waterways.
