The Chillicothe City Council will consider accepting the Strand Hotel Appartments as part of their agenda Tuesday. The meeting will start Tuesday at 5:30 pm at the CMU Office.
The agenda begins with the approval of salaries and invoices.
Mayor Thersa Kelly will request the reappointment of Raymond Hamilton to the airport Board
Main Street will lead a discussion on watering the downtown flower pots
City Attorney Robert Cowherd will present three ordinances for discussion and approval.
The first is to consider accepting the Strand Hotel Appartments
Next is a development agreement with Zabka Properties for the redevelopment of the Strand
The third ordinance is for a cooperative agreement with Livingston County for the expenditure of APRA funds for recreational purposes.
A closed executive session is planned for personnel and contract negotiation.
