An Ohio man was arrested Monday afternoon in Caldwell County. State Troopers arrested 41-year-old Ronald D Hathman of Youngstown for alleged speeding and on a Pettis County warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of stealing. Hathman was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center pending the posting of bond.
