The request for financial assistance with the watering of the Downtown Flowers was tabled by the Chillicothe City Council. Main Street Chillicothe requested $6,000 from the city. City Administrator Roze Frampton says the request was tabled to amend the contract with Main Street.
This is for all of the downtown flower planters and the pots purchased by the area merchants.
