Five people were booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail since Mid Day Thursday. The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports the booking of
33-year-old Jared Allen Johnson was arrested for alleged two counts of Driving While Revoked or Suspended. He is held with bond set at $40,000.
23-year-old Zachary A Sheehan was arrested by Chillicothe Police for alleged forgery.
31-year-old Dezeray Nicole Merriweather is held pending sentencing after a guilty plea on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Sentencing is scheduled for July 7th.
37-year-old Nicole Marie Irving is held following sentencing on a guilty plea for endangering the welfare of a child involving drugs. She was sentenced to 7 years suspended with 5 years probation. She is serving 15 days shock time.
37-year-old Charles Robert Smith was arrested by Chillicothe Police Department for alleged stealing. He is held with bond set at $2,000.
