A Chillicothe man died following a UTV accident south of Chula Sunday afternoon. Eighty-two-year-old Russel Bowe was driving the UTV along Medicine Creek when the vehicle slid on the mud embankment and overturned on the driver’s side. The report states Bowe was ejected from the vehicle and was pinned under the UTV.
The accident occurred near LIV 214 at about 4:00 pm Sunday. The Highway Patrol reports Bowe was pronounced dead at the scene by the Livingston County Coroner’s office just after midnight this (Tuesday) morning.
