Attornies for 28-year-old Zach Douglas of Utica have filed for a change of venue in each of the two cases against him. The motion was filed Monday in Caldwell County Circuit Court. The attornies also filed a motion to allow Douglass to appear by video. The video appearance motion was approved.
No decision has been made on the change of venue.
Douglas also had an arraignment scheduled this morning, no information is available on the appearance.
