The Chillicothe R-II School Board will have a presentation from the School Resource Officer, Mike Lewis on Tuesday. The Board members meet at 6:00 pm at the District office.
Lewis will have a presentation about emergency procedures and discuss possible upgrades to district facilities to provide for the safety of the district’s students, teachers, staff, and guests.
The board will review the 2022-2023 Student Handbook changes
The Superintendent will request a special board meeting on June 29th to close out the 2021-2022 budget and approve the 2022-2023 budget.
The board will hear a presentation on the Professional Development plan.
Recommendations will be presented for physical therapy and language therapy services
Meal prices for the 2022/23 school year will be set.
Superintendent Dan Wiebers will request the declaration of Field School As Surplus Property and the sale of the building to Concerned Citizens for the Community, Inc., (Grand River Multi-Purpose Center).
There will also be a recommendation on bids for the bus barn/maintenance building and the track storage facility.
An executive session is planned to follow the regular meeting.
