11:16 am, Officers arrested a 39-year-old Chillicothe resident near Shafer Park, on an active Felony Parole Violation warrant. The subject was transferred to Daviess/DeKalb County Regional Jail.
1:09 pm, Report of intoxicated individual urinating in public in the 600 block of S. Washington Street. Officers made contact with the subject and issued warning. Subject to be picked up by a relative.
1:21 pm, Subject in PD reporting victim intimidation occurred in business in the 1200 block of N. Washington Street. Investigation continuing. Statements received.
1:37 pm, Reported disturbance at business in the 600 block of W. Business 36. Subject reported to be banging on counters. Subject contacted and removed from the location.
