Board appointments, cyber security, and conflict of interest are on the agenda for the Chillicothe City Council as they meet on Monday. The meeting begins at 5:30 pm at the CMU Meeting Room.
The Council will consider the financials for the City and CMU.
A Public Hearing will be held on the use of Capital Improvement Sales Tax funds for 2022/23 fiscal year. The proposal includes $68,000 for the Industrial Park Improvements and $130,000 for Chilli Bay Water Park improvements.
Under appearances:
Mayor Theresa Kelly will recommend the reappointment of Lou Cowherd to the Park Board and Jim Richey to the Airport Board.
Allison Jefferies will lead a discussion and present a recommendation for Cybersecurity Insurance, effective July 1st.
Amy Hess will present a resolution for the policy and procedures to disclose potential conflict of interest and substantial interest for certain municipal officials.
A closed executive session is planned to follow the regular meeting.
