Bids, a building, and video visits with physicians are on the agenda for the Chillicothe R-II School Board as they meet Tuesday. The meeting begins at 6:00 pm at the District Administrative Building.
The meeting will begin with the consent agenda and financial reports.
The board will hear a presentation from Hedrick Medical Center on In-School Video Visits for students with “minor medical conditions.” The program would allow the student to be seen by a hospital physician and the parent may be present virtually. The goal is to allow students to stay in school and receive the medical care needed to remain in school.
The board will consider the bid for the construction of a building for the storage of track equipment near the Jerry Litton Stadium.
Bids will be presented for Milk and oil/fuel.
The board will also consider the date of the Tax Rate Hearing for the School District.
