A single vehicle rollover accident in Sullivan County Sunday left five people injured, including one with serious injuries. Twenty-six year old Thomasa Swartz of Trenton had serious injuries in the accident that happened on Missouri Highway 6, two miles west of Humphries at about 12:30 pm. According to the Highway Patrol, 24 year old William Swartz was eastbound when he ran off the road, struck a fence and his van overturned. William and three children in the vehicle, 4 year old Bentley, 2 year old Weston and an infant – Presley, were all taken to Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton for treatment of minor injuries. Thomasa was taken to Wright Memorial and later to St Luke’s for treatment of serious injuries.
