Great progress has been made on the Roy Blunt Reservoir. North Central Missouri Regional Water Commission General Manager, Brad Scott, says they have done a lot of pre-construction work.
Scott says that a lot of the work can be seen by traveling around the area.
Scott says it is quite impressive.
