The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 278 calls over the weekend. Some of the calls include:
Friday:
9:15 AM, Officers took a report of Trespassing in the 1200 block of Washington Street. A suspect has been identified and the investigation continues.
10:06 AM, Officers received information of a person in possession of illegal narcotics in the 800 block of Elm Street. That person was later arrested, cited, and released.
12:14 PM, At the police department, an individual turned themselves in on a Livingston County probation violation warrant. They were arrested and transported to Randolph County Jail.
12:32 PM, Officers took a report of Property damage of the 1100 block of Calhoun Street. The owner of the residence was able to provide photos and a written statement. A suspect was identified and the investigation continues.
12:51 PM, Officers responded to the 400 Block of Wise Street in regards to a two-vehicle non-injury accident. One driver was cited for failing to yield.
3:31 PM, Officer responded to North Washington Street for a two-vehicle non-injury accident. One citation was issued.
Saturday
9:51 PM, Officers responded to the 200 block of E Bus 36 Hwy for a disturbance. One person was arrested for Peace Disturbance and Trespassing and held at the Caldwell County Jail.
11:35 PM, Officers and EMS responded to the 100 block of Orchard Street for an unresponsive person. The person was found to be deceased and an investigation continues.
Sunday:
1:06 PM, Officers arrested one person as a result of a Trespassing investigation. They were cited and released with a court date.
4:58 PM, A person turned themselves in at the police department on a warrant. That person was processed, posted bond, and given a new court date.
