A rural Chillicothe woman is added to the Livingston County Most Wanted list. Twenty-six year old Jess Delayne Hobbs is wanted for alleged violation of bond conditions. She was originally arrest for alleged two counts of possession of a controlled substance. The new warrant has bond set at $25,000 Cash.
Hobbs is described as a white woman, five feet – seven inches tall, 150 pounds with brown hair and eyes.
