The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 108 calls for service on Friday.
10:03 am – Officers responded to a report of vehicles blocking an alleyway at Third and Hickory Streets. The officers located the vehicles and issued citations for the violation.
There were also numerous traffic stops, continuing investigations, and building security checks.
