The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department will transport six men to the Missouri Department of Correction under court order. The six include:
33-year-old Donald Franks of Chillicothe, sentenced to 2 years for Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
28-year-old Donnie Matheson of Chillicothe, sentenced to 7 years for Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
46-year-old William Helm of Chillicothe, sentenced to 2 years for Failure to Register – Change of Residence.
52-year-old Terry Harper of Brookfield, sentected to 5 years for Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
37-year-old Brian Perkins of Chillicothe, sentenced to a CODS program for Tampering with a motor vehicle.
35-year-old Jared Livengood of Chillicothe, sentenced to a total of 20 years in prison on two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Each 10-year sentence is to run consecutive to the other.
