The contract for the re-spray of the track at Jerry Litton Stadium was revisited by the School Board. Superintendent Dr Dan Wiebers says they have come to an agreement with Mid-America Golf and Landscape for the completion of the track and turf project. The Turf on the football field was installed successfully, but the track re-spray was not completed by the July 22nd deadline. Dr Wiebers says the company has agreed to several terms to resolve the issues.
He says they are also receiving additional services.
Final payment for the contract will not be made until the start of July in 2023. That will put the payment in the next fiscal year.
