When a Chillicothe City Employee retires, they may be entitled to a pay-out of sick time pay. City Administrator Roze Frampton says the council approved a change of the employee handbook in Monday’s meeting that includes the pay-out of sick time pay.
The change ONLY affects the EMS employees.
