Changes to the City of Chillicothe residency requirements for Emergency Services Personnel were approved at Monday’s City Council meeting. City Administrator Roze Frampton says the changes will help with the recruitment of Police and EMS.
The hope is the departments will have a broader area from where they can recruit qualified personnel.
