11:22 am, Call of a suspicious person following an individual and trying to get them to get into car. Officer advised and handling the situation.
3:10 pm, Officers responded to the 300 block of Dickinson Street for a disturbance involving the Children’s Division and a report of child abuse. The children were safely removed from the home and the investigation is continuing.
3:35 pm, Officers responded to the area of Business 36 and Washington Street for a minor two-vehicle non-injury crash without injuries. Both vehicles were driven from the scene. Report taken.
3:41 pm, Officers received a report of theft from a business in the 900 block of S. Washington Street.
4:13 pm, a person at the police department receiving threats from a person in another state. They were advised of their options and how to file for a protection order.
4:43 pm, Officers took a delayed accident report from Tuesday near Washington / Calhoun Street. No injuries have been reported.
5:19 pm, Subject located a compound bow at Danner Park. The bow was turned in to the PD.
7:43 pm, Officers received a report of theft from a business in the 700 block of Locust Street. Officers responded to the business for investigation.
7:45 pm, Officer at a business in the 600 block of W. Business 36 for a report of theft. Several items were removed from the business without making payment. Information on the suspects was obtained.
