A setback variance for a property on Vine Street will be considered by the Chillicothe board of Adjustments Monday. The board members meet at 5:30 pm at City Hall. A public hearing will be held for an application by Jeff Minnis, for a setback variance to build a storage building at 118 Vine.
The public is welcome to attend.
