Candidates for the 7th District Missouri Congressional race faced off in a forum at North Central Missouri College Monday. The candidates responded to more than a dozen questions prepared by the students of the National Government Class at the college.
One of the questions asked was – How the candidates relate to the problems of the younger generation.
Representative Rusty Black, a Republican responded to the question first.
Black says he also has students that shadow him when he is at the capitol and he hears about the issues and concerns there.
Democrat candidate Dennis VanDyke also responded to the question.
KCHI will have questions and responses from both candidates prior to the election.
