A Flood Warning is issued for a portion of the Grand River near Sumner. The river is expected to rise above flood stage of 26 feet at Sumner later this morning. At 5:45 this morning, the river was at 25.75 feet and rising. A crest of 26.8 feet is expected at around Noon, and the river should fall back below flood stage this evening.
