A portion of Clay Street, near Clay Street Park, will be closed Wednesday for a tube replacement. The Chillicothe Street Department will close Clay Street from Highland to Irving Street starting at 7:00 am and the street will re-open by the end of the day. Those that use Clay Street in that area will need to find an alternate route.
