The 2019 Street Project list received approval at Monday’s Chillicothe City Council meeting, but how is that list created? City Administrator Darrin Chappell says it is a process that may confuse and frustrate the resident in the community.
Chappell says that is the point where the tough decisions are made.
He says it comes down to the money available in a given year for street work.
He says those streets that are just too far gone will be repaired and replaced, but it may take longer than the residents would like.
