The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department report for late October includes several investigations and a couple arrests.
Investigations include:
October 24th: deputies began an investigation of theft of prescription medication. A suspect was identified.
October 24th: a property owner reported a mower was left on private property and that person wanted it moved. Sheriff Cox says the mower has not been reported stolen and investigation continues.
October 28th: Deputies investigated theft of prescription medication taken from a home. A suspect has been identified.
October 28th: fraud was reported when a local resident found their debit card was used at multiple locations in Illinois, totaling more than $1,000. They may have been a victim of a skimming device at a gas station in September.
Arrests in the report:
October 30th: 36-year-old Christopher R. Brannam of Mooresville was arrested on a Livingston County warrant for alleged harassment. He posted bond and was released.
October 31st: 32 year old Abby L. Farris of Trenton was arrested for alleged Theft of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Methamphetamine Paraphernalia. She was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
