A Marceline man was arrested by State Troopers Friday morning. The report states 48-year-old Mark A McGowan of Marceline was arrested for alleged DWI – chronic offender, Failure to comply with an ignition interlock, speeding, no insurance, and driving while revoked – second offense. He was processed and released.
