The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department found someone flying near the Chillicothe Airport; the problem was they were driving on US 36. Deputies arrested 38-year-old Christian Shane Stretch of Chillicothe Monday morning for traveling 115 miles an hour in a 65 zone. Stretch posted the $250 bond and was released. He will face the judge later in the month.
