The focus of a Need Assessment for a Law Enforcement Center in Chillicothe has shifted to a Police and Dispatch Center. City Administrator Roze Frampton explains.
Frampton says the City Council met with three firms that were selected from five that applied for selection.
The council hopes to complete the selection process and begin working on a contract in their executive session Monday. A contract could be finalized by the end of the year.
