The 2018 Festival of Lights will kick off Saturday evening at Simpson Park. Janet Barnhart is the Co-Director of the events and says they are ready to celebrate the Christmas season.
Barnhart says they have a few new displays this year and they’ve move some things around.
The Festival of Lights kicks off Saturday. Simpson Park will close to traffic at about 4:30. The kick-off celebration and countdown will still be around the circle, but a few things have been moved.
