The Chillicothe Police Department report includes investigations of animal neglect, an open door and a business alarm.
9:30 am, Officers were dispatched to a report of possible animal neglect in the 900 block of Fairlane Drive. Officers determined that there was no criminal neglect.
11:15 am, Officers were called to a home in the 1200 block of Third Street for a front door standing wide open. They found no one was home. A repairman had entered the residence did not get the door shut properly.
11:30 am, Officers spoke to a resident in reference to a civil child custody issue.
Noon, Officers responded to a two vehicle non-injury accident at Locust and Clay Street. There was minor damage reported.
Early this (Tuesday) morning, officers were called to a commercial business alarm in the 500 block of Business 36. The alarm was determined to be an accidental activation.
