A Gallatin man was arrested by State Troopers in Daviess County Sunday. Sixty-six-year-old Victor A. Boyer was arrested at about 7:00 pm for alleged possession of a controlled substance, DWI – drugs, speeding, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
