The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports jail bookings for the area law enforcement.
Deputies booked 48-year-old Jodi Leann Bagwell of Kansas City into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail for alleged Possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $20,000 cash only.
51-year-old Michael A. Aleman of Chillicothe was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center pending transport to the Missouri Department of Corrections. Aleman was sentenced in Livingston County Court to 5 years in prison, 240 days of shock time, and a long-term substance abuse program.
