Sunday June 16th at 5pm, Missouri Hwy Patrol responded to a two vehicle crash in Sullivan County on Otter Rd 4 miles north of Milan. One vehicle was a Ford F250 headed eastbound driven by Daniel Hostetler and on board was a 5 year old Female Juvenile. The other vehicle was a Buick Regal headed westbound driven by Justin Parks. Both Vehicles crossed over the center line causing a head on collision. The 5 year old Juvenile was not wearing a safety belt and was transported by ambulance to Northeast Regional Medical Center with serious injuries. Justing Parks was arrested by Missouri Hwy Patrol for allegedly careless and imprudent driving involving an accident, DWI alcohol, and DWI alcohol resulting in a serious injury. He was also transported to the Regional Medical Center for treatment.
