Caldwell County Deputies arrested 34-year-old Charlotte G. Stark of Hamilton and booked her into the Caldwell County Detention Center on a Livingston County warrant for alleged failure to obey a judge’s orders on a charge of alleged endangering the welfare of a child. Stark is held with bond set at $15,000 cash only. The warrant was issued following a bond revocation hearing.
