Livingston County Deputies booked two into the Caldwell County Detention Center Tuesday.
39-year-old Crystal Ann Froman was arrested on a Probation Violation from a charge of shoplifting. She is held on an out of state warrant with no bond allowed.
38-year-old Tabatha Lyannay McCoy of Chillicothe was arrested by deputies for alleged possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child, following a bond violation hearing. She is held with her new bond set at $10,000 cash only.
