Dog Bite Part Of Chillicothe Police Report

One hundred eleven calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department Wednesday.  Those calls include a dog bite, accidents, stealing, and burglary.

At 1:05 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a commercial burglary alarm in the 700 block of S. Washington St.

At 8:47 a.m., Officers took a report of stealing. The investigation is ongoing.

At 11:48 a.m., Officers were dispatched to stealing in the 100 block of Crescent Dr.

At 12:39 p.m., Officers investigated possible stealing in the 1700 block of Locust St. Officers located the property, and the owner was contacted.

At 12:59 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a two-vehicle non-injury crash..

At 2:03 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a possible assault in the 200 block of Slack St. Officers responded.

At 3:18 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a dog bite to a child in the 400 block of Vine St. Officers responded along with the ACO. The dog was turned over to the ACO by the owners. Officers were assisted by the Chillicothe Department of Emergency Services.

At 3:48 p.m., Officers were dispatched to possible fraud in the 500 block of N. Washington St. The investigation is ongoing.
