The permitted use of Fireworks in the Chillicothe City Limits has ended for the Holiday period. The Chillicothe City ordinance allows fireworks from July 1st through the 4th. If you wish to use fireworks after the 4th, you will need to go outside the city limits.
That said, you are reminded not to trespass on private property, and you can not use fireworks at Conservation Areas or at State Parks.
If you are using fireworks or used fireworks through the holiday, clean up your debris. You could be fined for littering if you leave a mess.
