Two area students are the 2024 recipients of the Hedrick Medical Center Medical Harkness Scholarship. The purpose of the scholarship is to support and encourage individuals in the surrounding rural communities who have chosen the path to become a physician.
This year’s recipients are Kaylee Lewis of Chillicothe and Madyson Williams of Laredo.
Scholarships of up to $1,000 per recipient are awarded annually, and the recipients will be eligible to apply for and receive this award each year throughout their education/training.
