Trenton Planning and Zoning board will consider two items in their August 5th meeting. The meeting will be at 6:00 pm at Trenton City Hall for two public hearings.
The first is for a request to divide the property at 1823 East 9th Street into three parcels.
There is also a request for a 20-foot variance in the required 20-foot height restriction for a Class C, Type 3 sign for a property at 1909 East 9th Street.
The public hearing will provide an opportunity for community members to voice their opinions and concerns.
